homemade peanut butter





This is the best snack you will ever have. I promise you. Homemade peanut butter on crisp bread with banana slices. It is almost healthy, cause the peanut butter itself contains no sugar whatsoever. If you're afraid of fat you might want to reconsider eating this, but I must tell you, nuts have good fat in them. Therefore they're not bad for you!

HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER
3 dl roasted and salted peanuts
3-6 tsp canola oil

1. Simply mix everything together until smooth!
2. Spread on crisp bread and put sliced bananas on top. Eat with a glass of cold milk!
